Mix one flat tsp of Blume with a splash of boiling water. Heat 1 cup of milk. Add Blume and water mixture to milk and serve with a little maple syrup or honey. Can be served cold as well!

I was hesitant to try a rose flavour drink but it has turned out to be one of my favourites!

Perfect for post workout!

Love the flavour, made mine with Almond Beverage while I was cooking my lunch, post workout. Tastes great, soothing and warm👍❤️ (does it REALLY stop muscle cramping? I dunno. TBD. But I like it and it tastes good)

Complementary Blend

I would not have thought to pair Rose with a London Fog (unless in a garnish). The two flavors work well to bring out each other's strengths (literal strength in taste, potency). As a result, both palettes are received well, harmoniously throughout the entire experience. There is a rosy aroma that lingers in your mouth afterwards which I enjoy as I savor the moment to drink a tea. The smell of the hot tea is one of my favorites. I like that I can dilute the strength of flavor as needed by adding milk or more water. I consider myself a 'rose' fanatic - it shows up in purchases for wellness, food, and hygiene products commonly for me... Therefore, I think I have a well-rounded opinion on this blend! Thanks for the curation... I will continue to purchase, to drink in lattes, and to use in breakfast bowls and baking.
