We guarantee our products for 60 days on all new first time orders. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your first order of Blume, please email wholesale@itsblume.com with your name and order number and we’ll make it right. Please note: All accessories are final sale (whisks, mugs, cups, and milk frothers). Partners must cover return shipping costs as well as $1/unit warehouse restocking fee.

PRICING:

• Please create an account or login to see pricing and start shopping
• 15 unit minimum order (mix and match any products except samples to get there)
• Order 35 units for 10% off, 60 units for 15% off, and 120 units for 20% off. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers.
• We offer up to 3 free samples for new customers. Shipping charges will apply. Note: you can only order one flavour per sample, no duplicates
• Wholesale partners agree to order at a minimum of $800 within the first year of doing business with Blume.
• Blume reserves the right to change pricing at any time, without notice.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Blume accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover Card, Diners Club, ApplePay + Google Pay. We do not accept Interac, PayPal or E-transfer. We do not offer Terms through our wholesale portal.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

• $20 CAD flat-rate shipping across Canada
• Free shipping on orders of $350 CAD+.
• Sample shipping fee of $10 across Canada
• We do not offer partial shipments.

ORDER FULFILLMENT:

We ship across North America, and fulfill Canadian orders from Delta, BC Canada and American orders from Ferndale, WA, USA. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Your order will process within 1-3 business days and will typically take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive. 

If your order is a pre-order, please note your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is in stock. We do not offer partial shipments.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at wholesale@itsblume.com and we’ll do our best to catch it. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed and fulfilled we are unable to cancel.

ACCOUNT & TERMS

Accounts will be reviewed bi-annually. Blume reserves the right to cancel a wholesale account at any time. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible to those of Blume. We reserve the right to adjust payment terms at any time, with prior notice to the partner. Blume does not offer exclusivity. Please note: Partners are not permitted to re-sell Blume products on Amazon.ca, Amazon.com, or any other unauthorized marketplaces.

MAP

Thank you for your continued partnership with Blume. Effective September 1, 2021, we will be implementing a Minimum Retail Price (MAP) for all of our products to ensure we can continue to maintain our brand’s value across all retail partnerships. Our MSRP, as outlined in our wholesale line sheet, is listed on each product page ranging from $20-$28, and partners can take up to 20% off MSRP if on sale to benefit the customer. Our team reserves the right to monitor advertised pricing for compliance with our partners and will reach out to make adjustments if necessary. Please note our sample sizes (45g) are not for sale or resale.
