Ingredients: Organic Beetroot Powder, Organic Cinnamon Powder, Organic Ginger Root Powder, and Organic Ground Cloves.

Mix one flat tsp of Blume with a splash of boiling water. Heat 1 cup of milk. Add Blume and water mixture to milk and serve with a little maple syrup or honey. Can be served iced as well. Also great in smoothies, lemonades and oatmeal bowls.
Sometimes, I don't want the caffeine in a matcha, tea, or coffee latte, and the flavor of this was so unique, I knew I wanted it often at home. It has a sweet but not cloying flavor with just the right amount of spices, and it's really easy to make a good home latte. Excellent product and very user friendly.
I really do not take beets. Tried my family’s beet salads and juice, but was NEVER able to like it….. Gave this one a try and just WOW! It’s the only way I will ever consume beets! (Just finished my cup of hot beetroot blend latte 😌) I just love it!
